1. Preview
Previewing allows you to review the content before sending to your client.
Once your purchase order has been finalised, click Preview. The platform will then combine your content and Page Layout template to compile the final layout, opening in a new window.
2. Send
There are two ways to send a purchase order from a Wiplist:
You can send through Wiplist, or
Download a PDF and attach to an email manually.
Want a convenient way to sending from Wiplist, click Send and a pop-up box will appear for you to customise, edit and send. Included in the text box of the pop-up is an interactive hyperlink that is specifically created for the client to review on a privately hosted page. This hyperlink can also be copied and pasted into an external email.
Some functionality may be restricted for users with Project Owner permissions.
