A Project Owner can create, view and edit a bill, but require a user with Manager level permissions, removing the functionality of releasing without review. This setting can be beneficial for new, or junior users who require approval prior.
Once the bill has been created, the Project Owner clicks Submit for Approval, a pop-up will provide a list of users with permissions to review. Select the team member and they will receive a notification, or flag within Wiplist requesting their authorisation.
