Invoice line items, or parts from an estimate

Using the estimates as the base, creating invoice creation is quick and simple with flexibility to invoice a part, or line items aligned with the pre-approved amounts by your client.

To invoice a section, click on the Estimate showing in the Project Items tab, the estimate will expand and allow you to tick parts, or single line items for inclusion. You selections will highlight green and a pop-up box will appear in the bottom left corner. Click on the green Invoice button to confirm selection and these amounts will transfer to your invoice.

If you've missed a line elements, or part, you can navigate back to the Project Items to follow the same process listed above and build out the invoice. Your invoice is now ready for review, final edits, preview and send.
