Updated over a year ago

Accepting an estimate confirms that both parties agree on scope and costs.

When the estimate is Accepted, the value of the estimate will flow into Project Analytics and allow for the estimate to be invoiced. An estimate can either be accepted online by the client via the estimate hyperlink sent to the client, or you can manually accept on their behalf.

Client acceptance

If the estimate has been sent via Wiplist received the hyperlink to view on a hosted web page, they can review, accept, and optionally include an order number online.

When your client clicks Accept and Submit, the estimate status change to an Accepted status, updates the activity log, and sends a confirmation email to the author.

You can manually update the estimate status based on a verbal or written confirmation, you can also upload any supporting documentation inside the activity tab.

If you receive a purchase order, or order number, this can be saved within the estimate attributes panel on the right side of the estimate, documentation can also be attached in the activity tab.
