Approving a submitted expense

The chosen authoriser will receive a notification on their Dashboard, or depending on their preferences, an email. The expense details can then be reviewed, edited, approved, or declined. The project Owner will be notified of the outcome by their chosen notification preferences.

When the expense has been authorised, it will form part of the project analytics. If the expense has been declined, the Project Owner can edit and re-submit for authorisation.
