Xero integration overview

Wiplist integrates with Xero allowing both project management and external accounting platform to share data and financial workflows. This integration ensures data remains consistent across systems, reducing manual effort and improving accuracy. By syncing key financial information such as invoices, purchase orders, expenses, bills, and payments, Wiplist and Xero work together to provide a complete overview of project and financial performance, enabling smarter decision-making enhanced reporting, and data requirements for taxation and account keeping purposes.

How it works

When connecting Wiplist to your Xero account, they share key financial information and during the configuration, admins can define how information is shared. Once set up, data flows both ways, all financial information flows from Wiplist to Xero, and key information such as payments flow back to Wiplist to update the status.

It is recommended that your Wiplist account is connected to a single Xero account to ensure integrity of data sync. If your organisation manages multiple business entities, or Xero organisations please speak with our team to set up multiple Wiplist accounts to manage these different Xero organisations.
