Reportable fields help to customise and refine your results to focus on the data you need, quickly tailoring reports to track performance, analyse trends, and support decision-making. These fields allow you display relevant information such as project, task, estimate, or details, and depending on the source data, it will alter to reportable fields to match allowing you to filter, sort, and group data.
Any pre-existing report, or custom report allow for report fields updated, amended and saved to suit the individual, team or organisations reporting requirements.
To update the Report Fields, click on Hidden Fields to show the complete listing of options available. You can turn fields on by toggling the button, and scroll through the listing, or if you know the name of field, you can type into the search field to shortlist the options. Turn on all options required for your report and click out of the pop-up when completed to show the results.
From within this box, there are options to Hide All, or Show All report fields available.
