Using templates is a powerful way to streamline workflow and maintain consistency. Templates allow users to standardise structures, pricing, and details for similar projects, saving precious time. All templates saved are accessible by your team.
After starting a new estimate, navigate to Actions and select Load Template from the drop-down, select the template you want to use. This will now load the data into the estimate and allow you to edit, save and share.
It's worth noting that templates will default to the Price Tier they were set up within, so you may need to set up additional templates to manage different currencies, or client specific pricing tiers.

The Loading Template option will no longer be present in the actions menu after an estimate has been accepted.
