Using templates can be a powerful way to streamline workflow and maintain consistency. Templates allow for standardise structures, pricing, and details for similar projects, saving precious time. All templates saved are accessible by your team.
When your invoice content is finalised and ready to be saved as a template, navigate to Actions, and select Save as Template from the drop-down, rename the template to make locating next time quick and easy, click on Save Template. Your saved template will now be available for all team members for future use to load.
If you need to make changes to any existing template, it's best to create a new template and delete the existing template/s.
