Deleting a Price Tier can be necessary when there have been changes in your organisation. Take care when deleting a tier as this is an immutable action, it deletes the data and it cannot be recovered. This action will not effect any existing documentation, but you may be required to update any Draft status items.
Delete a Price Tier
To delete a Price Tier, navigate to Settings > Price List and click on the Name of the Tier, a pop-up box will display and click Delete Tier.
You will then be prompted with second pop-up box to confirm your request, click on Delete Tier.
