Wiplist allows administrators to lock timesheets to prevent changes being made to entries, this can prevent accidental changes, protects the financial accuracy and helps to keep the project history intact.
To lock a timesheet, or multiple timesheets, navigate to Timesheets, select the Time Entries and select Lock Time in the grey pop-up box.
Any entries that are locked, will now have a padlock icon showing on the status bar.
To unlock a timesheet to make changes, open the Time Entry, navigate to the arrow in the top right corner and selected Unlock Time from the drop-down menu.
Internal administrators hold permissions to lock, and unlock timesheet entries.
