There will be times that a timesheet has been created in error and will need updating to ensure that project analytics, project health and protifability are reporting as a true reflection of the activity.
Timesheet entries can easily be updating by navigating into the Time Entry and updating the relevant fields, you can update the:
Project
Task
Item
Billable / Non Billable coding
Date/Time
Time Spent
Notes captured
The quickest way to update a single entry is to navigate to the specific Time Entry, open the Time Entry pop up and correct the details. Highlight the information within in the cell to delete, and either choose from the drop-down menu, or enter the correct information. Click Save Changes to take effect.
If a time entry is locked, an internal administrator is required to unlock prior to changes being executed.
