Creating templates allows you to streamline workflows and promote consistency across estimates, purchases, invoices, and bills. Anyone on the team can create, and use templates, it encourages collaboration and allows best practices to be shared easily. Templates save time by reducing repetitive tasks, ensuring that key information is consistently included or formatted.
While templates cannot be amended, administrators have the ability to rename or delete them as needed, keeping the system organised and relevant.
To manage templates, navigate to Settings > Templates to be shown a list of active templates in your system. To rename, or delete a template click on the template, you'll be prompted with a pop-up box to make the desired changes.
