Customising your display settings allows you to tailor the information shown in your workspace to suit preferences and project needs. By adjusting these settings you can highlighting the most relevant information, making it easier to navigate and manage tasks. Custom display settings also enhance accessibility, ensuring that critical data is presented in a way that aligns with your work style, ultimately boosting productivity and user satisfaction.
To update your Display Settings, navigate to the cog icon, a pop-up box will then show you all the options available, click on the appropriate boxes to make your selections, click Save Changes.
Calendar view | This shows as a calendar with time entries aligning to a set start and finish time. This layout has the day and dates along the top on the page, and time running down the length of the page from your user defines work hours. Timesheet entries include project number, name and length of time captured. |
Stacked view | A stacked view presents logged entries in a layered format, this view allows you to see multiple entries at a glance with the blocks all appearing the same size no matter the time taken. Timesheet entries include project number, name and length of time captured. |
View | Options to see the layout with Day, Month and Week |
Week Starts | You can choose what day your week starts, this will then update your calendar view. |
Time Increments | This is the minimum time increment when moving, or resizing time on the calendar view. Options include 5, 15 or 30 minutes. |
Time Slot | The time slot frequency along the y axis for the calendar view. Options include 15 or 30 minutes. |
