Identifying a sync issue is important to keep data accurate, up to date, prevent discrepancies, and keeps financial records aligned, allowing for smooth workflows and reliable reporting.
When the initial integration process has been completed, an additional column will appear in your Invoices, Purchase Orders, Bills and Expenses listings, the column is called Sync and will provide an update to the status, these are:
Identify a sync issue
A sync issue will be identified by the red Xero sync icon in your Invoices, Purchase Orders, Bills and Expenses listings as shown in the example below:

Resolve a sync issue on an Invoice
If you've identified a sync issue, click into the Invoice to view the details, scroll to the base where you will see the red Xero sync icon.
Read the error message to help identify the issue, resolve and then click Try Again, the system will reconnect and if successful will be show as a green Xero sync icon.
