Attaching a copy of the invoice, or receipt to a bill provides a verifiable record of the transaction. It helps validate the details, such as amount, date, and items purchased, reducing the risk of discrepancies or disputes. Keeping receipts attached allows for easier auditing, compliance with financial policies, and quick reference when reconciling accounts. Additionally, it minimises the need for manual verification by linking supporting documentation directly to the bill, streamlining processes and saving valuable time in managing expenses

Navigate to your Bill, click on Attach Bill / Receipt, a dialogue box will open to confirm the file for inclusion. You can easily attach files from a local computer, Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive/Sharepoint. Files size are limited to 10Mb.
