Attach a bill, or receipt to display in Xero

Updated over a year ago

Attaching a receipt to a transaction provides essential validation and helps maintain accurate financial records for audit purposes. It serves as proof of payment, confirming the details of the transaction, including the amount, date, and supplier. This helps prevent discrepancies, supports compliance with financial regulations, and simplifies expense tracking. Having receipts readily available also makes audits more efficient, reducing the time spent verifying transactions and improving transparency in financial reporting.

When a Bill / Receipt is including in your Wiplist Bill, or Expense, the data transfers across to you Xero account and shows as an attachment.

For detailed instructions on uploading a bill, or receipt, more information can be found in the Knowledge Base article attach a invoice, or receipt to a bill.
