Record a payment

Recording payments maintains accurate financial records and ensuring that all expenditure is correctly accounted for. Providing a clear audit trail, helping to understand which bills are falling due and those outstanding. Accurate payment records can improve cash flow management by offering visibility into current, or upcoming payments enabling improved forecasting.

Navigate into your Bill, click on Actions, and select Record Payment.

A pop-up box will open asking you to record the specifics of the payment such as date, dollar amount and reference number, click on Record Payment. This information will then link to your selected external accounting system.
