Disconnecting your Xero account

Updated over a year ago

You may need to disconnect Xero if your business processes change, requiring a different accounting system or a shift in financial management workflows, or you no longer need to sync financial data.

In some rare cases, troubleshooting or reconfiguring the connection may require a temporary disconnection before reconnecting with updated settings. Removing the connection stops data from syncing, helping maintain accurate records and preventing unwanted updates in your accounting system.

Navigate to Settings, Integrations and click on Disconnect Xero, you will then be prompted with a pop-up confirming your request to disable the integration, click Disconnect.
